Fiki Mayowa Julius is the Manager, North Operations at Kirsten Turner Consulting ,bringing over 15 years of professional experience spanning financial services, business development, sales management, strategy, and corporate planning. He has built a distinguished career delivering value-driven solutions across both publicly traded and privately held organizations, with a strong focus on customer engagement, business growth, and operational excellence.

In his role, Fiki oversees operational activities across the northern region, ensuring efficient execution of business objectives, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable market growth. His extensive experience in banking, insurance, financial advisory, and client relationship management equips him with a deep understanding of business development and regional market dynamics.

Prior to joining Kirsten Turner Consulting, he held key positions with leading financial institutions, including Guaranty Trust Bank, Prudential Zenith Life Insurance, Old Mutual General Insurance, and Guaranty Trust Assurance. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in sales strategy, customer relationship management, financial advisory services, and team leadership, consistently delivering outstanding results and fostering long-term client relationships.

Fiki holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Bayero University, Kano, and a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from The Federal Polytechnic, Offa. He is also professionally certified in Bancassurance and Management and is recognized for his strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and people-development skills.
