Board of Directors

Dr. Edwin Idegwu is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He is equally the Managing Partner/CEO of Reed-Josh Investment & Consulting Services Limited, with a strong background in economics and credit management. He holds the BSc and MSc degrees in Economics, as well as a PhD in Credit and Financial Management.

He is a Chartered Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, National Institute of Credit Administration, and a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Cost Management of Nigeria and Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.

With extensive experience in risk asset management, credit management, and financial consulting, Edwin has worked in various banks and is an Asset Management Partner with AMCON. He handles various credit and financial management subjects and is a registered Insolvency Practitioner with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

Additionally, he serves as Chairman of CreditPRO Business Support Services Limited and currently sits on the Board of Kirsten Turner Consulting as Risk Management Advisor. Dr. Idegwu has vast expertise in Risk and Financial Management as well as Change Management, with over 22 years of experience in senior management capacities in various banks.
