Board of Directors

Mrs. Theodora Kiwamu is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. A graduate of the Polytechnic, Ibadan and the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos, she holds both the National Diploma in Insurance and the B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Business Administration. She had held strategic positions in a number of organizations.

She has had working experiences from the corporate world and in University Administration, where she served as the pioneer Matron of The Bells University, Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria., having earlier worked at UNIC Insurance Plc., and in the Executive Management cadre of 2No. Hotels in Lagos, Nigeria.

For several years now, she has held the forte as the Chief Executive Officer of OTUE Nigeria Ltd, a firm involved in Commodity Brokerage, Import & Export and general merchandising.

She is happily married and the mother of children. She is also a Deaconess in the RCCG Ministry.
